What is the Customer Service Casting Day?
During the Galaxus Customer Service Casting Days, we want to find out if we're a cultural fit for each other. We'll also test your German language and computer skills, which are essential for the customer service role. And finally, we'll take a look at how you solve problems and whether you bring the right service mindset. At the end of the day you know if it’s a match and we give you an offer.

What you should bring
- Fluent in German (written and spoken); plus fluency in either English or Serbian.
- Strong basic understanding of digital technologies
- Analytical mindset with the ability to break down problems, find solutions quickly, and make decisions independently
- Willing to be in our office in Belgrade once a month
- On the day: Bring your diploma and a valid ID or passport or work permit confirmation
